About Dwayne:
Dwayne is a distinguished thought leader, educator and advocate of youth development over the last 15 years.
A former New York City Mathematics Teacher, and a former Manager and Program Director of BUILD, a non-profit organization that leverages entrepreneurship to teach high school students how to start and operate a business, and advocate for financial competency, Dwayne has taken his talents and embarked on a journey as a Financial Professional to be able to educate and provide solutions for members of his community. As a Financial Professional, Dwayne helps families and business owners build a strong financial foundation and education to help families thrive during hard times, help individuals retire peacefully and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. A dynamic and engaging leader, teacher, and speaker, Dwayne is known for his flexible thoughts, whether it is breaking down concepts to its simplest form or providing a different perspective that many haven’t seen or heard before. His passion is authentic and fuels the soul of his audience, often leaving a memorable phrase or feeling.
